What is the difference between these 2 orcad pcb designer standard promo other than price.

Looks like the $430 one is perpetual so you can use it after 1 year but won't get updates or live support. The $299 one looks like 1 year only and will not work after 1 year. I am basing the last part on the lack of "perpetual" in the less expensive option.
