Hey Dave, have you looked at the Stream93i by Murphy as a spotify player? use it all the time as a mostly stand alone device for spotify, yea mostly as you have to initially send something to it like a playlist or artist pick via a laptop/smartdevice but after that it streams direclty from Spotify with no further interaction from the device.
Other notable features that get lots of use
- LAN/WIFI media streaming
- USB Player
- DAB
- Internet radio streaming
