Part Library Web Site?

I swear when listening to the show they were talking about a service where guys share CAD parts in Eagle and other library formats.  I can't find the reference or the web site.  Am I nuts?

You mean like the Libraries area of the Eagle website itself? This is stocked via user uploads, it's not something Cadsoft maintains directly: http://www.cadsoftusa.com/downloads/libraries?language=en

I'm not saying the quality of everything there is going to be awesome... but it seems to fit the bill for what you are asking for.
