Convert KiCad netlist to Altium?

Does anyone know of a tool to converter Kicad netlist to Altium or PADS?

On the KiCad site there is an "Altum to KiCad" project.

This is the wrong way around for you, but it's an open source project apparently written in Perl.
If you have andy intention of writing an Altium to KiCad converter, project may help giving insight in the Altium File Format. KiCad's file formats are documented on the KiCad site.

Altium doesnt operate with netlists. The schematic and PCB is linked together with component links, and there is a lot more information shared between the two tools than the traditional software. Therefore the question doesnt really make sense.
