2DW23x order from factory

I have contacted Shanghai No. 17 Radio Factory and they still produces 2DW23x series. If I buy those for you here is the prices:

* Price: 75 US cents each, regardless of order size
* 50 diodes each pack
* Delivery from factory to my home: 2 dollars total if total order is less than 50, free if more.
* Delivery from my home to your lab: 5 US dollars for less than 2kg

If you are interested in buying them fresh from the factory, PM me your address and order. I will accumulate it and order it from them directly.

The first order have been placed and it will arrive the day after tomorrow. I will have a test rig up to measure the approximate zero TC current (up to 8 bits resolution, 25mA full scale) and send the ones that have ordered pre-matched parts.

Is the factory able to provide you with a datasheet? Maybe they have useful data on long term drift and noise for their parts.

I have told them to send me a copy of their datasheet (or catalog with parameters listed) along with the parts. If I did get one I will make a translation of it.
