Wondering what this IC might be

Hello everybody. I've been watching the show for a while now, but I had never been to the forums before. I decided to sign up, because I think somebody here might be able to help me with his or her expertise.
So I'm checking out some insulin pumps to see what processor they use, and I was wondering if you could help me out with this one. I'm attaching a picture of the IC. I'm not even sure if this is an ASIC, a preprogrammed MCU, or what.
What do you think?

Based on the package markings, I'm guessing it's a Hitachi (now Renesas) H8/3067 microcontroller.
