Do I need WPC certification for 4G and WiFi module to be used in our project?

Hello All,

I have a doubt regarding certification for Wireless product which includes 4G-LTE, GPS and WiFi...All are the off-the-shelf module and antennas for them will be passive...If I am right, the off-the-shelf modules that we are buying for the above wireless communication are already certified, I don't think that there will be a problem with them...But, for the end product, we need to get certification ?... If anyone from India has gone through this, please share the details...
