As embedded system engineer you will work in customer projects and will work with state of the art modems for cellular devices. Our client´s project often include work with development and verification of various parts of cellular RF, for the modem developed for high end devices.

Qualifications:
•   Bachelor or Master of Engineering in Electronics
•   Knowledge of cellular technologies: 2G, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, LTE
•   Version control systems in daily use required; git is preferred
•   Documented experience with embedded programming in C/C++
•   Documented experience with HW near programming in C
•   Knowledge in SW/HW debugging
•   Testing against 3GPP standard

RF+HW

•   Validation and optimization of TX transceiver side of cellular modem
•   Test optimization
•   Debugging and analyzing
•   Planning and executing test campaigns and evaluating the data in transceiver test cases (TX)
•   Performing typ. transceiver test cases (TX) and data evaluation, understanding TX Transceiver specification & judging results

Required:
•   RF experience in general with strong focus on TX architecture.
•   Cellular RF (2G/3G/4G)
•   Validation and optimization of cellular TX performance
•   Hands-on experience on RF-Test equipment, especially network simulator
•   Test Case Planning and tracking
•   RF System integration / validation with FW

•   Knowledge in 3GPP

As RF validation engineer you will be defining and developing RF KPI system level test cases in Python scripting language and raising tickets and following ticket until the issue is solved. Moreover, you will have opportunity to do test campaign execution, debugging and actively contribute to issue solving in order to insure the best-in-class RF performance. You will be doing planning, resource coordination and weekly regression testing.

Qualifications:
•   Bachelor or Master of Engineering in Electronics
•   Minimum three years of experience in RF testing / validation, debugging of the wireless systems and test development
•   Strong knowledge of cellular technologies: 2G, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, LTE
•   Hands-on experience with RF test equipment
•   Strong knowledge of 3GPP specifications
•   Experience with Python or similar scripting language preferred
•   Experience with instrument control by means of NI-488.2 an advantage
•   Version control systems in daily use required; git is preferred
•   Test plan definition, planning (P2E, P2P) and execution
