Altium pcb service

Good evening,

I need a PCB to be made in Altium in a short delay. Do you guys know any service that can make a PCB design, if one provides the footprints of all components and the schematics? I'm struggling with this PCB, I just discovered Altium...

How can anyone say if they're ready or not to "do" this PCB? How many components? Largest footprint? Densest pitch? Frequency range? Number of nets? Mechanical? Etc...

What if it turns out there's 6000 parts, 40Gbps optical transceivers and 2000 pin .5mm BGAs on both sides of the board, and that it has 15 power nets running several amps each, switching supplies everywhere, SDRAM buses, and it requires blind and buried vias on a 30 layer board?

You could spend a week just figuring out the correct way to break out one BGA!

A "short delay" for that could be 3 months.

Also, if one provides the footprints but they're all wrong..... what then?

DFM is another great service.  Though I probably don't have time right now, unfortunately.

Thank you for all your responses ! I'm still looking for someone as no one is responding  The PCB is not really complicated, the only constraint is that there's 20A at some nets of the circuit !
