I see the job offer i seem a few surreal, i haven't clear if you want a junior or senior with you demands:

-Fluent written and spoken English is a MUST (This is white blackbird for the Spanish corporation)
-Must have at least 1 year of experience in Application Engineering in Automation and/or Motion Control industry
-Experience providing technical support to customers
-Positive, proactive, customer service attitude
-Experience with hardware bring-up and troubleshooting. Use of power supplies, testers and oscilloscopes
-Experience working with electronics laboratory equipment.
-Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently

**Appreciated skills
-Experience in Automation
-Experience using Arduino, Raspberry or similar platforms
-Ability to understand electronic schematics
-Experience developing applications involving motion control
-Familiar with Technical article creation

**Personal attributes
-Ability to multi-task and work with cross-functional teams
-Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
-Able to execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
-Strong organizational skills

I estimated that all the demands are approximately 3 years of experience and not for recent graduates neither a technic engineering with a year of experience.
Unless that you have a program for training to junior  engineering

The key requirement is passion and attitude. All the rest can be acquired through time.

That is certain, but this offer there is something that i don't square  :-//.

I don't believe that on Barcelona there aren't electronic engineers for this place when it has got 5 colleges(UPC,UAB,UB,UNED ,LA SALLE) that offers EE studies, aproximatly 500 graduates per year

Here's one!  :-/O

At a first glance their job offer sounds a bit harsh (ability to work with high-pressure, multiplex yourself, excellent communication...) Not sure if that description would be compelling for someone looking for an EE job. Although I would prefer working abroad, I wouldn't say no to the kinds of stuff they do.
Assembly is the high level programming for an ASIC design engineer (with no VHDL/Verilog).

Not really since one of the requirements is 'young'.

I am surprised that that age discrimination is legal in the EU.

Even with EU regulations it sounds a lot better than "cheap".

Ok, so they break employment laws. EU appreciation restored.

Let's see if they will fix it in good faith.

The requeriments for this job are the classic for any engineer , inclusive for Engineer Electronic .

Sorry , I seem that you go to Ubeda's hill. I don't see where is the discrimination by age  . On the requeriments offer only puts  that the candidate must to have as minimum a 1 year of experience.
Where do you see the age discrimination?

Are you sure that is more cheapest? Do you really know the spanish labour's law?

When a employer hires a employed and the employer pays to employed 1000€ . Really, the employer is paying to 1500€ . The  difference of 500 €  goes to Social Security .

Ok ,  you have reason, the employer quoted on the first post . But i still follow without seeing  the discrimination  for age .

Do you see logic that  a fifty years old  men with the same knowledge (without experience) than  young men(20-30 years old) together?

I see very strange and uncommon, the logic is that olds men must to taught the young men. Furthermore , the old men and young men haven't the same  cultural valors , neither same  criteria .
So it might arise conflicts among them .

An other hand , Would it be discrimination , if a employer rejects to candidate that hasn't a nice level  on english (read/written and spoken)?

If we take that to perfection it is discrimination to refuse job to anyone since this hints that this person is somehow potentially inferior to some other person!
