Looking for an Electronic Design Engineer to join our small team, South London, UK.

We're a leading pyrotechnics and special effects company, our products are used globally in professional concerts, tours, and stage shows of some of the world’s largest productions and most famous artists.

We are looking for an Electronic Design Engineer who is interested in driving development of our range of smoke, haze and flame machines.

The work we offer is well-rounded, consisting of hardware and embedded software development, void of much red-tape, and provides an opportunity to be involved in the full development lifecycle.
It’s a role which requires a high level of initiative, creativity, a strong desire to take ownership, and would suit an engineer who takes pride in having an influence on the direction and shape of products.
We have offices and factories both in the UK and the USA, and we operate globally, if you’re after a challenge where your contributions are valued and essential please get in touch.

Desired skills:
  • Solid understanding of electronic design principles
  • Strong C/C++ embedded software experience (eg. ARM Cortex)
  • Schematic and PCB design
  • Occasional PC Software development mainly for testing purposes (eg. Python)
  • Degree in Electronic Engineering or similar demonstrable experience

Please PM me for any further info, thanks!

Just going to add here that the work is a healthy mix of about 60-70% embedded software and 30-40% hardware, permanent role.

If PM isn't ideal, can contact me directly if you are interested on mark(dot)ferris(at)lemaitreltd(dot)com
