NL: Need a small change in existing Altium file

I'm looking for someone who can make a small change (adding a small RF connector) to an existing (open hardware) design. The existing design is an 8 layer board with a big FPGA. I prefer someone located in the Netherlands so we can meet face-to-face to explain what is needed.
