Small Contract Job - Board Design, Build

I'm looking for a small prototype (<5), the board package is 2.5" x 1.5"

Pictures show the current board size and dimensions, inside housing

This is my first time down this road, so I'll need some hand holding

Can you give a more detailed description of what exactly you need? And maybe what the schematic represents. (Currently, I see 8 signals on the left and another 8 on the right)
