How to design a "Dual edge pcb connector" footprint?

Hi All!
Anyone has a clue how to design a "dual edge
pcb
connector" footprint ?
I know it needs to be a footprint. I went through the footprint library but didn't find anything like that.
Thanks!

I assume you want the pads on both sides of the board. When you edit a pad you can choose which layer it's on, so just put one row of pads on f.cu and the other in line on b.cu
