Still waiting for an official Kicad binary for Mac OSX ;-)

There are a couple of devs and volunteer testers working on that right now.

Ooh! These are nicer than the ones I've been using. I made my own schematic library (full replacement, not addition); perhaps I'll finally get around to posting that to GH and will integrate it with this. :-+ :-+

I'll probably fork them and then modify both libraries to match - add footprints for things in my schematic library, and add symbols for things in your footprint library.

Thanks for the nice messages!

c4757p: I'm planning to publish my schematic library too, but at a later date, I need to go through it first, remove some double entries, etc.

About the OSX builds... I run both Windows and Linux brz latest from source, which works pretty well for me. A recompile on Windows (on a lowly Surface Pro 3) takes about 10-30 minutes.
