BOREY-TECH PNP Machines.
« on: September 03, 2015, 10:20:35 am »
Hi, i found these machines from a company in China.  for the money these Pick and Place machines seem pretty good value.

The small ones start about about $4k US ( plus feeders ) and include vision..

I'm going to check it out when I'm in china next but was wondering if anyone had seen them first.

I went looking and while their website is OK there are links to youtube videos that don't work and an Aliexpress store that is empty. There are recent videos on youtube that seem to be from an agent (Antrix Associates) though. The machines look good. From what I can gather this 40 feeder machine is around US$6-7000

is it my eyes, or are most of the ICs rotated ?
(or is it the angle/camera that makes it look so ?)

Wonder why so much air noise ? Maybe using a venturi vacuum generator.
Pity they didn't copy Neoden's trick of imagnig all 4 heads in one go.
And does it only support feeders on one side?

Just found this vid of a more serious version with 4 cameras and conveyor, but still looks to have limited feeder count.
