I want only one PCB, with maybe 6-10 layers.

Check out PCBShopper.com. It's a price comparison site for PCBs. You enter your board's specs and it shows you prices and shipping times from up to 26 different PCB manufacturers, including some of the best known companies in Asia, North America and Europe. In your case, fewer than 26 manufacturers will be displayed, because many don't do 6 or more layers.

Full disclosure: I created PCBShopper.

can you be more specific about your design such as the smallest hole and trace width?
6 layers board is different from 10 layers board. the majority of PCB fabricators can make 6 years board. and over half fabricators can make 10 years board. usually, a fabricator make 3-5 board together. you may have to order several board at a time. for cheap price and decent quality fab, you can check PCBWay.

the key to make money from electronics is to control the prototyping budget. Choose PCBWay

It would be nice if one of the aggregators like OSHPark could convince a PCB house to do a 6 or 8 layer panel once or a few times a month for them so they could do for 6 or 8 layer what they do for 2 and 4 (at a higher price, of course).  Still hoping for that someday.  Until then, it is NEVER going to be "cheap" to get a single 6+ layer board made.  Even OSHPark has a 3 board order minimum.  OSHPark is $5 per square inch for 2 layer and $10 for 4 layer, for 3 identical boards.  If they could do $15 for 6 layer or $20 for 8 layer they would see some orders from me, at least.  Not sure why no one has been able to get a PCB house on board for something like this so far.  Any ideas?

You can also try https://portal.multi-circuit-boards.eu.

1x 6 layer board, with 6 days lead time, ENIG surface, 100µm tracks and 0.2mm drills starts at 98€ net (100mm x 75mm).
Including E-Test, DRC, solder-stop and marking print.

When I talked to the guys at OSHPark last they said there was sufficient demand for 6layer, and that they were working on it. This was a few months ago, so time will tell.

That is great to hear.  I will drop them an email so they know there is another guy looking for it.
