It would be nice if one of the aggregators like OSHPark could convince a PCB house to do a 6 or 8 layer panel once or a few times a month for them so they could do for 6 or 8 layer what they do for 2 and 4 (at a higher price, of course). Still hoping for that someday. Until then, it is NEVER going to be "cheap" to get a single 6+ layer board made. Even OSHPark has a 3 board order minimum. OSHPark is $5 per square inch for 2 layer and $10 for 4 layer, for 3 identical boards. If they could do $15 for 6 layer or $20 for 8 layer they would see some orders from me, at least. Not sure why no one has been able to get a PCB house on board for something like this so far. Any ideas?
