Cheapest rack mount enclosures in Europe

I'm looking for reasonably cheap (including shipping) rack mount enclosures (19") in Europe. It seems most sellers on AliExpress charge an insane surplus in shipping.

I found these guys, but they seem based out of Turkey and I doubt shipping will be competitive:

Danke sehr! ABS works and can be shielded with MG Chemicals liquid shielding spray (nickel based, well over 50dB attenuation). I will check the shipping fees.

tme.eu also has good prices, and at least to Germany shipping was very reasonable.

TME has somewhat unreasonable shipping to Norway (€15.90 - only €5.90 to Germany, however). Reichelt charges €19 in shipping. Altinkaya is €33. Bleh.

I think for such bulky and heavy parts thats actually quite reasonable.  Packing these is not cheap, and shipping is neither. TME has a distribution center in Germany, thats why its cheaper there.

Thanks. RS doesn't really have much in the way of inexpensive rack cases though, starting at €35 (ex VAT) + €14 shipping.

Yep, have bought stuff from them in the past. Sales are also very helpful until you ask for spare parts, at which point they disappear down a hole. Anyway, these are built for server hardware, with all the requisite holes - which won't really work for me.


I should also note that if you skip the "inexpensive" option, Audiophonics seems to have a fair selection of rack-mount cases. They do (erroneously) charge french VAT on orders to Norway, and they want €20 in shipping.

If one skips the inexpensive option: I have used various chassis from Bud Industries http://www.budind.com/chassis.php in the past, ordered via Digikey.de to Germany using the free shipping. They have a few plastic ones, too; a 2U one comes around 35 EUR at digikey.
