Chinese PCB+Parts+PCBA Recommendation?

I'm trying to find a good PCB manufacturer in China. My previous one (http://www.kbt.net.cn/) was cheap but produced warped boards as well as 50% of the boards has loose TQFP leads. Bad boards were then not successfully repaired. I found a new supplier (http://www.Hampoo.com) but they are only a middle-man, has quite high prices and requires high volume. Otherwise they are good.

Can anyone recommend one/some of the Chinese manufacturers on the EEVBlog list?

Ideally, they will be able to handle complex boards (type, 10 layers, blind vias) but also be able to produce prototype boards. Quality is more important than price (but I don't want to throw money away).

Please only respond if you have *actual good experience* with a particular factory. I know how to Google but it is impossible to find which ones are any good.

I have used smart bes before in shenzhen. You can find them on aliexpress. They source and assemble some well known fpga development boards.
There are also many more here.  They do small and bigger runs.
