Coil Winding Machine Recommendations

Does anyone have any recommendations for manual or low cost motorized (CNC preferred) coil winding machines? The targeted applications are bobbin winding and three phase armature stators. Ideally I would like to be able to control the lay of the coil in bobbin wound applications. Currently don't have time to build one myself.
