DB9 Female Screwlock 4-40 - cheaper alternatives to DigiKey/Mouser?

Hi all,

I'm looking for screwlocks and hardware for DB9 connectors in the size 0.23' to 0.34' in bulk purchases of 2000-4000 units.
I've found quite a few options on DigiKey, but all seem rather expensive. Below is the best option I've found for now:

Do you know of e.g. Chinese retailers where this type of screw would be cheaper? Or maybe dedicated screw retailers?

Any suggestions would be really appreciated - I tried searching a lot, but without luck.

Have you tried contacting the supplier directly? RAF electronic hardware

Alternately, what about the supplier for your db9 plug?

You should be able to get them a lot cheaper than the digikey prices.

Tried aliexpress or put a lead up on globalsources?

As for AliExpress, I was unable to find any good examples at low price - but maybe I am searching in the wrong way.

I think these are the same as pcb standoffs, do a search for standoff on ebay/google.

19 cents each in 1000 quantity?  That seems really good to me!  I used to pay roughly $1 each (in smaller quantity) until some cheaper versions of these showed up.
