« on: June 25, 2017, 05:52:40 pm »
Hack a day had an article about Dirtycables a new service from Dirtypcds. I generally use OSH Park for small pcb orders and work uses Seeedstudio for bigger orders I layout I have never herd of Dirtypcbs but their prices (I didn't get to shipping charges) look pretty good too. Any one have experience with their service ?

I use them occasionally. No problem with the quality so far.

Ditto; I have used them a few times and have not had any problems. I only went elsewhere recently since DirtyPCBs does not offer lead-free HASL, which I needed. (They do offer ENIG, which is lead-free.)

I've had several batches of boards made now with fairly fine features (0.4mm pitch QFNs, 0.7mm plated slots, etc) and no complaints. I had one board which shed a bunch of unused pads on the QFNs during some touchup, but nothing worthy of complaint.

Have used them for some very simple through hole boards, they've been great so far.

I'm about to send a way more complex board at them, I'm fairly confident it'll come back just fine.

Because your board is longer than I am tall.

I had them made some stepup PCB for me. I picked the protopack option and in the and I got 22 PCBs. Some with scratches but I did expect that, so no problems there.

Gamma spectrometer works. Now some yellow crystals need regenerating and testing.

It looks like you're entering millimeters when they expect centimeters.

Good day All,

I have been using them for a year or two  (2L designs) and I am very happy with the results, pricing, and overall processing time!

Cheers,

Sam

good quality but a little expensive , for not-so-high quality requests, some Chinese vendor would be OK such as seeed/itead/makerfabs...... lower quality, but really cost-effective.... er, actually i think they all do does not PCB factory, they are all just resellers..., and may use the same final PCB factory,  as the price/spec /quality almost the same.
