Embeddedable thermal printer and QR reader module manufactorer

We are intended to use a internal thermal printer and qr reader ,embedded in our device. then do you have any recommended for most famous manufacturer of these modules?(with background in Payment/ POS devices)

Off the top of my head, both Epson and Star Micronics make thermal printer mechanisms. Entering “thermal printer mechanisms” into google (it’s an amazing tool, you should try it sometime) brought up Fujitsu and Citizen, too. All four are renowned manufacturers.

I bet google can find you a bar code reader too. (Metrologic and Symbol come to mind...)

Symbol is now part of Zebra, which also make label printers.

I’m well familiar with Zebra’s label printers, but didn’t realize they’d bought Symbol from Motorola!

If Zebra made printers for paper, they’d be easy to recommend. But AFAIK they’re label only, and I assume the OP needs a receipt printer, since it’s for point of sale. The vendors I mentioned are more specialized in that.
