Favorite BGA tools?

I've done a few 200-300 ball 1 mm pitch BGAs with just hot air and plates. What tools do you guys like for BGA work including reballing?

This is mostly for 1 offs. Looked on eBay some IR, reflow ovens etc. Don't know what is good though...

Weller WHA 3000 system



i have one. works like a champ. bought it at De Anza flea market for 300$ ... then found the hot plate for it on ebay for 200$
