Free PCB from PCBway.com Size restriction?

So I thought I would take advantage of the pcbway youtube cooperation offer.  They do not mention any size restrictions so it will be interesting to see what happens as my next design is for a 19" eq unit.  I am hoping if I get enough views all will go well.
Escaping the minimum order and getting it for free would really take the heat out the first attempt at a project.

Id say this is almost border line spam.  I know that the chinese pcb manfuacturers 'pay' for good reviews, but this has lead to some pretty bad behaviors.   

MOderators what is the rule here ( or do you need a rule )..    If you are posting here in order to get a 'payback' from the vendors, is it spam and is it allowed or not?

But ya. I dont think this is acceptable. He was clearly asking for hits on the youtube so he can get rewarded from pcbway with a free 19inch panel size pc board.

Well I can report you only get $30 dollar voucher and not the pcb of my choice.  So not even worth the effort lol

Also I wrote back and told them they should change the wording to $30 voucher instead of free pcb and shipping.

SO they replied saying "Usually the size of our client's pcb below 100mm*100mm,so it will cover the total cost(freight included)" but they did add an extra $20 to my account.
So in my currency that works out as £37.50 which scims in at just about worthwhile.  It will certainly take the edge of if I have made any mistakes on the pcb design.
