If your expectations are exceedingly low.....it would at least be a fun experiment.

This person can but with some modifications. Also, it isn't clear if the holes have to be drilled with a different tool.

I use the offers from online pcb manufacturers to make my pcb's, but I think to upgrade to a tool so I can more quickly do a prototype pcb.
The major reason for this thinking is because when I order pcb's online, most of case the min quantity is 4-5-10pcb.
If something is wrong because bad design, or something is changed for some reason in the design I can dump all the pcb's I ordered.

If I would have such of cnc like on my first post maybe it would work good enough even with few mod's to make quickly my prototype. After that I would send out my project to pro's to make high quality pcb's.

I think it is an arduino driven cnc which is opensource and it could be nice modified and tuned.
This could be also I nice experience maybe...  :)

Can someone explain the price range please.

The price range is because of the head tool.
You can buy the cnc with simple drill header or with different laser modules.
