You have two options:
* Buy a printer for framed stencils. Pro: printer is cheaper. Con: stencils are effectively only available from China, framed stencils are more expensive than unframed, shipping cost might be higher than for unframed due to size and weight.
* Buy a printer for unframed stencils. Pro: stencils available from virtually any supplier in the world (including China). Con: printer is typically more expensive.

You might want to look for a used printer, they typically do not wear off.

I personally prefer the framed ones. Less work and you do not purchase then to often :) as they last for a while.

Actually I asked if someone has something to recommend as the quality of the Chinese products is a bit random :)

+ a lot of storage space necessary.

Why not to prefer unframed stencils if you are looking for manual printer anyway? Like these -
