PCBShopper.com will let you enter your board's specs and will show you prices and delivery times from over 20 different manufacturers. That covers your "fast manner and with reasonable cost" criteria.

As for quality: PCBShopper also has user-written reviews of several of the manufacturers. My personal opinion, though, is that unless you're designing a very complex, multiple (more than 2) layer, high speed circuit, any of the manufacturers listed on PCBShopper will have sufficiently high quality.

BTW, PCBShopper is not a company: it's just me, an electronics hobbyist. I make a little bit of money selling ads, enough to support my hobby, but my selection of companies to include in the price comparison is "editorially independent". I don't charge companies to be included, and I choose which to include based on my judgement of how interesting they would be to electronics professionals as well as my fellow hobbyists.

Check out the reviews at www.pcbshopper.com

For a more concrete indication of PCB quality, PCBShopper.com now lets you specify ISO 9001 and/or IPC 600 as one of your search criteria.

Isn't ISO9001 more about quality control and having a consistent end result than having high quality?

The issue isn't so much whether ISO 9001 means "high quality", the issue is that some organizations require their suppliers to be using ISO 9001. If your organization requires it, PCBShopper.com now lets you specify it in your search.

I take no position on whether ISO 9001 is valuable or not.
