reed relays ultrasonic cleaning ?

Hi there,

I have some boards with MS05-1A87-75LHR reed relays (many of them, 12 per board).

I would like to know if standard ultrasonic cleaning (22 or 40 Khz) with a saponifier/water for flux removal can damage the inside of the reed relays.
I've found online references where some manufacturers state that with ultrasound damage can happen on relays, but I didn't find anything on the Standex Meder website

What do you think ?
