Single-sided alumina ceramic circuit boards.

Hi All,

does anyone have any experience with a good, cost effective ceramic PCB manufacturer. The application is for a heater plate, characteristics I'm looking for:

- Low thermal expansion as possible.
- High thermal conductivity as possible.
- Flat as possible.
- sizes up to 300x300mm, 150x150mm at least however.
- at least 3mm thick, 5mm preferred.

Single sided copper traces with a inert plating layer to stop corrosion from running at over 100*

Heres hoping I'm not being too demanding...
