squeegee repair
« on: July 28, 2017, 04:49:50 pm »
I got a used stencil printer, and I think I need to do something with the metal squeegees: the edges are kind of rough. I tried to run it over stencil and it catches on the apertures. I'm thinking to polish them a bit with sandpaper or... any other suggestions?

Well, you could wipe them on a bench stone from the hardware store.  That ought to remove sharp edges and make then pretty straight.

Yeah, I bought some fine sandpaper and fixed them that way.

Where can I buy replacement blades? One blade is actually missing...
