What is This PCB Cleaning Solution made from.

This is the best product i've found to clean solder stencils, and boards with.  It really does a great great job.   However i can't seem to buy it in anything more than 1L containers at redicolus prices from Jaycar..  ( who sell it rebranded )..

This is a commercial product whose exact ratio of components may vary slightly. Minor quantities of other non

That does put a crimp in the proportion of Carbon Tet allowed, and probably means that ClF3 and F2O2 are right out, cleaners have gotten boring over the last 20 years or so.....

Well the entire mystery is no longer important, as i have been able to connect with the NZ distributor and since we want to buy it in commerical quanitys ( 20L drums ) all is good!
