Yet another solder station question

I've spent the last couple of hours reading various threads and doing searches.  The results are clear as mud.  I'm space constrained, so total footprint matters.

I want:

regular iron
hot air
vacuum pickup
power vacuum desolder
tweezer tip ? (not so sure about this as vacuum pickup and hot air might work better)

The Aoyue 2703A seems to fill the bill for a reasonable price as does the Aoyue 968A with a separate desoldering gun.  I've not found anything else to match the 2703A, though I'm not considering Hakko, so they might have one, but at too stiff a price for my needs.

Are there others I should look at?  $300-400 is about as high as I want to go for all the above.

Do the reciprocating pump desoldering guns work satisfactorily,  I've got machine tools so I can build a desoldering tool with serious suction into a large chamber.
