xDev.com KX-Ref LTZ1000 reference (OSHW?)
« on: March 26, 2018, 05:16:21 pm »
I stumbled across this today.  An advanced search using google indicates it has not been mentioned here, just an LM399 design, so I thought I'd post a link.

https://xdevs.com/article/kx-ref/

The Gerbers are posted, so I assume it's OSHW.  The design is appears to be quite sophisticated.

It did seem a bit strange.  I may have had a typo in xdevs.com, but the search was something like "xdev.com kx-ref ltz1000" or similar (without the quotes).    It's probably just because Larry and Sergey don't like me anymore.

BTW I *did* look in the index.  I didn't follow all the links, but I didn't find anything that looked like a reference to that design.

Speaking of Big Deals, what happened to DiligentMinds?  Shows banned and nearly every post of his have been wiped?  He had some good info from LT in the LTZ1000 mega thread.

oh no!  he had some great posts!

I've been curious what the circumstances are behind all of those "banned" flags I see, when looking through old posts.

There is always the possibility that an employer decides someone has shared a little too much on the internet.  It's possible DiligentMinds asked Dave to delete all of his posts, and Dave might have said "the only way I can do that is to ban you".

Pure speculation though.

But its true (to add to the off-topicness of the thread) that his last few posts, that I saw, anyway, were about Area 51 and such.

Sad to see DiligentMinds.com disappear.

I always thought that post histories will not be deleted on this forum? Except for obvious mojo-chan ASCII dick art perhaps.

Something very strange going down here. I know his last posts mentioned working Area 51 (woo-woo-woo!)
