Keep in mind that although these are Cesium devices, they aren't what you normally think of when you hear 'Cesium Standard'. Their performance is similar to a Rubidium Standard. i.e. they drift - slowly, but they do drift.

From what I remember reading a while ago these csacs are closer to the average rb oscillation in design , than a cesium clock. They used cesium instead of rubidium.
