Ebay Voltage References for 2018. Any troubles?

I know, its another tread for china references, don`t be angry please

I got my own ad584 based unit two years ago
It`s fine
Chip looks like real old recycled IC

But now 2018 and same (?) references still avaliable! Where they get billions quantities of recycled IC`s?  Is NOWDAY "AD584" are fake?

What is the safe way for 2018 to get some reference from ebay? AD588? LM399? etc
