Can you post a photo from all angles?

Often, Efratom units comes in larger case with buffer amp, etc, and INSIDE IT is the real Rb oscillator.  While I don't suggest randomly taking it apart, some of us can often recognize placement of connectors, etc, and suggest you should do so.

If you google Efratom 102100, there are inside photograph of it.  I think it is a custom spec version of FRS-C.  If you take the outer most heatsink, there should be another heatsink.  Then outer cover should slide off.  It is a very early version of Efratom.

That's odd.  I can see it perfectly.  I'd bet if you take it a part as far as you are comfortable, you will find a module you can easily look up on internet.  Efratom made lots of custom made unit for military.  They are usually with unique ID number and information released to public is almost zero.
