FLUKE 5500A VOLTAGE AMPLIFIER

Excuse me,could anyone tell me what is CR36(FET)?And where can I find the explanation of this circuit?Thank you very much!

It is a FET biased as a constant current source (also known as a constant-current diode). Probably it would be a depletion mode device, where the gate is tied to the source, so Idss current is let through.

See the part list in the manual (if available) to see what the current is.
