HP-8648C calibration

Hi guys. I got an HP-8648C on eBay that seems 100% functional, and I would like to have it calibrated. I placed some RFQ's with several calibration labs; just a standard calibration w/o data. (I don't need data, and I certainly don't need an accredited cal). I've gotten two replies back. One for $240

, and the other for $1235

. I double checked the RFQ and yes everything is the same, apples to apples.
So why such a big difference in pricing? I can understand some, but this to me seems way too much. Either one is a rinky-dink lick-n-stick cal lab, or the other one is way WAY over priced.
Thanks. Stay safe.

One has an automated procedure for it, the other does not. That is my guess atleast.
