Repair Fluke 5500A Error 104

I had a problem and entered 220V at the input of my fluke 5500A Calibrator , now it is turning on ERROR 104 trip relay, can someone help me with this defect.

You guys no help, with lack of details. 5500A is not a simple box to troubleshoot, so what steps you tried to narrow down the issue?
Trips on every function/range? Some ranges? Protection circuits would be first thing to check. 5500A schematics also available, if this is your personal unit or you have confirmed approval from owner to risk DIY repairs :)

with the cost of 5500 even in the ebay I think rent a ship to send two pcs 5500 to taiwan is good plan  :-DD :-DD :-DD
