Update of my Keithley 2001
« on: June 22, 2018, 01:14:15 pm »
I updated successfully my 7 1/2 digit DMM  to latest firmware and memory 2 extension thanks to information from TiN website.

I calibrate it with 10K, 2VDC and 10VDC, yes it work because with 20K, 2VDC and 20VDC I got a calibration error!

However your DCI/ACV calibration is still likely to be invalid, because those factors require full manufacturing level calibrations with lots more points.

For AC it is not measurable with the source that I have, so it is not relevant and on DCI it is 24µa low on 100ma range.

A full calibration of this instrument cost arms & legs.
