Yokogawa 2554 Portable DC Voltage/Current Standard

Hello all,
I have scored a Yokogawa 2554 Portable DC Voltage/Current Standard, which is "almost" in good condition. Does anyone have a service manual for this equipment?

Service manuals (or any manuals) seem very hard to find for Yokogawa stuff, but at least the instruction manual (with calibration procedure) is available on ebay;

Yes, I do. As soon as I get it, I will let you know. The only problem is that the "soon" depends on the Brazilian customs, which are completely unpredictable. I have bought the manual from a German seller on ebay and I think it will take at least one month to arrive at me (from Germany to Brazil should take less than one week, but here will take plenty of time until it arrives).
