AVR programming

hey guys, does anyone know if i can program a ATtiny45 or ATtiny85 via this: https://www.sparkfun.com/products/9825 avr programmer from sparkfun electronics with arduino software. i think 15 dollars is a good buy, even if i dont like it.

Yes you can use it to program the ATtiny45/85 via ISP.

If the Arduino software supports the above micros then it will be trivial to program the target directly with any programmer supported by avrdude.

Yes, you can! It'll do for all basic AVR micros. But it will not work for XMega series and for ATtiny10(and a few other 6-legged micros) (because they have a different programming interface, other than SPI)

it turns out australian robotics dosent sell them but little bird electronics does. does anyone know if you can get it for less than $23.60 including shipping to melbourne australia?
