4G modem with M.2 interface

Can someone recommend a modem which meets all following requirements:
- 4G,
- M.2 interface with USB,
- available for purchase in reasonable amounts,
- will most likely be available for purchase in the near future (; ,
- good cooperation with lwip TCP/IP stack via ppp.

For now I'm trying to use Huawei me906e, but is seems to be resisting my attempts quite well...

I also did not manage to use it in Linux, even though the modem is not broken - it works in Windows. Due to these problems I'm starting to wonder about some alternatives, which could be easier to work with when paired with lwip.
