Abatron closing
« on: March 18, 2015, 07:55:31 pm »
I found this notice on Abatron's website stating that the company is closing down. The wording of the statement and the published EOL document makes it sound like a one-man shop where the owner is retiring rather than the company going bust.

EDIT: Changed link to archived copy.

They only support architectures which are on the edge of obsoletion. I guess the business is not viable to invest in supporting newer architectures.

Thanks for the info. Some of the products that my business group manufactures contain old PowerPC processors and we use BDI3000s to program them.
