AMP and SMP, looking for a good book and real examples

do you happen to have real examples of scenarios where AMP or SMP are used?

I'd like to read a good book about these things: SMP and AMP, what, where, how ... concerning everything, including how to handle concurrent interrupt between cores in SMP, and how to Event-debug things ...

I have only experience with WindRiver on WxWorks @ e500 (PowerPC quadri-core), but I have never had the time and the occasion to study these things in details.
