Blew the ass out of my Digilent Jtag

Hi,
I was wondering are there any circuit diagrams for the digilent USB-JTag.
Its the one in the black rubber Square case.

Many of the resistors are just completely black , most read 10k on a meter, but several read  a few 100 ohms.

The parts were actually produced  without numbers......, so I'm suspecting that a couple may have gone short, but i need a working unit for comparison.
