Connecting a 2 line character LCD to a coolrunner CPLD

Hi,

  If I want to interface a CRII CPLD with a 2 line 1602 character LCD, how can I do so. I meant, what resistance/capacitance values do I have to use? Any reference schematics for the same pls?
