Does STM32F0 series have input diodes for GPIO?
« on: December 04, 2018, 10:22:08 am »
Hi,
I have looked inside their datasheet, but there is no info regarding these protection diodes like the AVR's and other devices, Am I missing something?

Thanks, I was testing STM32F030K6T6
But it seems there are none in this family |O |O

I suspect they have removed them from the simplified schematics.
None appears in the last RM version for 042 and for 072 too.

From the current injection and input voltage ratings, I'm confident they are still there (with a different reference for the 5V tolerant pins, as expected!).

Most (all?) digital devices will have current limiting diodes. I don't think STM MCUs are nay different here.
