My items was shipped.

Unfortunately, the deal ended. it looks someone here bought 3 after I posted, he has 4 left, PM him, maybe he will sell them at a good price. 450MHz 4th generation SHARC are great, labor work is the DDR2 layout.

Look like you got lucky. A 20x price increase sounds like they may have made a mistake.

I have been told when eBay sellers do this what they are doing is making sure nobody orders that item.  Apparently there is no way to suspend an item from selling and it is easier to do that then delist and relist the item later.  Or so I am told.  I actually sell on eBay, but not as a store, so I am always selling one of something and then it is gone and I never have this problem.

8 years old revision 0.0 engineering sample chip... I'm not even going to buy them for $10. I can get a brand new latest revision chip from ADI web store for $19.
ADI web store sells chips at usually half DigiKey price with no MOQ (you can buy 1 pop at their 100pcs~499pcs price). You need to be patient though, they ship from Singapore.

Thanks for this tip! They should still work okay.

I just read this on their website moments ago.
Farnell Group ( PF, Newark, Element 14) are in the process of being terminated as authorized distributors for Analog Devices, effective October 27, 2017.

So my processors arrived today, check it out.  :)

Honestly, this is the first time I'm working with BGA chips with external DDR, really looking forward to the challenge next year. Lucky I have confidence from my previous project so that experiences will come into play.

Putting an engineering sample on a board is a complete waste of time and money! There will be many bugs and you'll be chasing your own tail to figure out whether you made an error, the problem is in the soldering process or the chip isn't right.
There are small lies, big lies and then there is what is on the screen of your oscilloscope.

I won't say its a waste of time (in this case), There are no detrimental silicon bugs reported, this is the thing about these processors they are carefully designed these are not STM32 microcontrollers with pages of errata which is where your comment has some degree of merit, besides I read the errata sheet there is nothing detrimental, see what @wraper posted.

But the STM32 pages of errata are consistent over the years and dont change! Thats a bonus!
